Property in North Cyprus

You should also take into consideration that based on the Solution of the Cyprus Issue; you most probably will have to return the property you purchased to its rightful owners. Last, but not least, you will be buying property in a non-sovereign state which is only recognized by Turkey, i.e. No international laws to protect you.
